Support for transformation processes
The use of efficiency potentials and the maximization of opportunities for organizations can succeed above all if the learning effects of managers and employees are also scaled - from the learning curve to the earning curve.
Mindset deals with the human side of change processes, i.e. attitudes, thought patterns and feelings. This is the reason why we see working on the mindset gap as a crucial element in our work.
Examples of our work
Transformation of the organizational culture at Magna-Steyr
Based on a motivating kick-off management conference, the task was to communicate Magna-Steyr's four core values first to managers and then to all employees in a sustainable way. In the course of the transformation process, an emotional change story was to be developed and brought to life. The entire process took place in a very challenging market situation for an original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Trust and transparency were therefore key values for the work on the organizational culture.
BMD Academy Learning in the 21st century
The BMD Academy offers its 15,000 participants a wide range of face-to-face seminars, webinars, training courses and courses relating to BMD Business Software. The aim was to develop a clear strategy together with the management and then the trainers on the topics of "New forms of learning - digitalization - hybrid forms of learning - artificial intelligence" in order to expand its position as market leader in the future. In the further development of the training designs, the focus was on the topics of "enjoyment of learning, increasing attention and focusing the content".
Digitalization master plan for the Ministry of Education (BMBWF)
commissioned us in 2018/2019 to support the process of developing a master plan for digitalization in education. The BMBWF's existing concepts were integrated by renowned experts from science and practice in an intensive discussion process. The aim was to gradually and, above all, comprehensively incorporate the changes resulting from advancing digitalization into the Austrian education system. Andreas Salcher and Primas Consulting primarily supported the BMBWF with the following topics:
- Development of a programmatic superstructure and pedagogical concept.
- Moderation and steering of the experts in the sounding board and integration of the results into the master plan.
- The written elaboration of the master plan and its preparation for presentation to the public. Particular attention was paid to making the abstract topic of "digitalization" "tangible" through concrete success stories and, above all, to reinforcing positive expectations among the school partners.
