By working with world-class artists and our network of creative minds, we are able to develop exceptional designs for conferences and congresses that combine content with personal emotional experiences in a sustainable way.

Examples of our work

Uniqa International: Management in the Dark

"Management in the Dark" is the unique concept of not studying the dramatic change in key environmental factors and the effects on personal decision-making behavior in theory in books or seminars, but experiencing them in real life. Because suddenly everything is dark. The participants are blind and have to organize themselves with the other team members, communicate and solve a difficult task under time pressure. The lightless room demands extraordinary skills and innovation in order to master the management tasks set. This is followed by an intensive feedback session to implement the experience gained in the reality of the company.

One year after this training, the reality check took place. Europe went into lockdown overnight due to the pandemic.

Böhler-Uddeholm Group Day

The motto of Böhler-Uddeholm's Group Day, which was attended by 180 managers from five continents, was "The Art of Materializing Visions". Our concept was to work with four international artists from the fields of performing arts, classical music, visual arts and design to develop future visions for the company and then bring them to life in a final presentation based on the core values. On the first intensive day, the managers were able to experience how artists develop visions for the future. On the second day, implementation strategies for the individual areas of responsibility within the Group were developed in workshops.

Management by Jazz - Experiencing Cultural Differences

Three jazz musicians from three different cultures (USA, Europe, Asia), who do not know each other, meet on stage for the first time and are immediately able to communicate with each other despite cultural differences and language barriers. From the principles of jazz, insights in the areas of "common understanding in an international environment", "innovation through improvisation" and "changing leadership" can be derived and implemented in the company. With this concept, Andreas Salcher was one of the few European speakers invited to the largest human resources conference in the world, the ASTD (American Society for Training and Development) in New Orleans. A concrete example of implementation: we developed the event design for the European Conference on Hospital Technology, which took place at Vienna General Hospital and Vienna City Hall, under the motto "Health by Jazz".
